Office Administrator & Secretary

V-Dub Shoppe Ltd is a specialist Volkswagen service provider, body restoration, importer and installer of VW new and used spare parts. V-Dub Shoppe also services and installs parts in a range of all other vehicles for the motor industry.

V-Dub Shoppe Ltd employs approximately 10 staff in the workshop and office.

Qualifications & experience:
Preferably a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a general administration role
Preferable have experience in processing wages/payroll and Payday Filing
Advanced verbal and written communications skills in English
Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior management
Competent in common computer applications including databases and document management
A professional self-starter who is able to work independently and prioritize to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills at pace
Full drivers’ license
New Zealand citizen

Tasks & responsibilities:
Office and facilities management
Accounting tasks; invoices, bills, statements, debtors, deposits, payroll
Customer and supplier contact records
Preparing, editing, memos, letters, presentations and other documents
Assisting the managing director in many diverse ways, when required
